Comfort Conqest will send you a confirmation of your order via email. You may pay by credit or debit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, Comfort Conquest obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships. Credit Card Security Codes
The Comfort Conquest store requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa or MasterCard). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account
Kozeee returns and 7 day refund policy
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, one of our products does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us by following the following instructions:
- Any request for return or exchange of a kozeee product must first be notified to us within 48 hours of receiving it and the item must then be returned within 7 days of the date that you received it
- Before you send the product back to us for refund, a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) must first be obtained by either:
- If you are registered with us, using your account details to logon to your account, or

- Calling us on 0844 826 5400
- Any item returned without a RAC visible on the package will not be accepted or refunded
- A full refund or exchange, will be made within 48 hours of us receiving the item
- Shipping charges incurred for delivery, return, and exchanges of products are not refundable.
All returned products, including associated components, must be in unused condition, and in original packaging material. Items that have been washed, dry cleaned, or otherwise handled are not acceptable for refund. Sale products are not refundable.
Please Note: these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as set out in the Sales of Goods Act 1979, which has been amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and by the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
